Mailing address: 38609 Horton Drive, Farmington Hills, MI 48331. That is a mailing address, not a garage-door shop, warehouse, or dispatch office. This company does not publish a consumer call line on this site.

This site is not Viewing Ready and is not a furniture, staging, or rental-furnishing service. We do not dispatch trucks. We do not publish fake reviews. We do not mark this company up in structured data as a garage-door contractor shop.
What this site is
An inbound homeowner form. You type a ZIP, repair vs replace, door type, name, phone, email, and optional notes, and you check a consent box that starts unchecked. Joshua Israel Ventures LLC may share that request with garage-door contractors who pay for qualified inbound leads.
We do not buy, rent, scrape, or append consumer call lists. We do not sell a cold-call list. We do not cold-call or cold-text people who did not submit this form.
What we collect
If you submit the quote form, we collect what you type:
- ZIP code
- Repair vs replace (or “not sure”)
- Door type
- Name, phone, email
- Optional notes about the door
- That you checked the consent box (it is off until you check it)
- Hidden fields the form already includes: source, page path, suburb slug if any, and “inbound quote” intent
The server that receives the post may also log technical details that come with any web request: time received, IP address, and user-agent. That is ordinary request logging for abuse control and a record of consent. It is not a marketing profile we sell.
We do not collect payment card numbers, bank logins, or Zelle details on the homeowner form. There is no consumer checkout on that form. Stripe or Zelle, if used later, is for contractors paying this company — not for homeowners paying for a door here.
Why we collect it
- To match your inbound request to a local garage-door contractor who covers that ZIP and pays for qualified leads
- So that contractor can contact you about this request by call, text, or email
- To email a copy to the LLC operator so a human can match it
- To keep a record that you submitted the form and checked consent
- To tell you honestly if we cannot match the ZIP
Who we share it with
Paying garage-door contractors. If you submit the form with consent, we may share your name, phone, email, ZIP, problem type, door type, and notes with one or more contractors who pay Joshua Israel Ventures LLC for qualified inbound leads. That is the point of the form. We do not promise how many contractors receive a given request (exclusive vs shared is a contractor-side product, not a consumer price).
The LLC operator. The form posts to /api/leads on this site. A copy of the inbound request may be forwarded by email to the LLC operator at joshuaofisrael@gmail.com using FormSubmit, a third-party form-to-email service.
Hosting. The public site and the /api/leads function run on Cloudflare Pages. Cloudflare sees the request the way any host sees traffic.
We do not sell your request as a cold-call list to random callers. We do not add advertising pixels on this site. We do not run a public review widget with invented stars.
Consent (TCPA / inbound only)
The consent checkbox starts unchecked. We do not pre-tick it. Checking it is how you ask us to share this request so a contractor can contact you about it. Consent is required to use this matching form. It is not a condition of owning a garage door. This site does not sell doors.
To stop a contractor who already received your request, tell that contractor. This matching site is not the caller.
How long we keep it
We keep inbound requests in good faith for matching, operator follow-up, and a reasonable period for disputes and records. We do not publish an exact day-count schedule because this is a small LLC site, not a certified retention program.
If we cannot match a ZIP, we still may keep the submission long enough to confirm that fact and to avoid treating it as a fresh cold-list record — it remains an inbound form you sent.
Deletion and other requests
Email joshuaofisrael@gmail.com from the address you used on the form (or explain enough that we can find the request). Ask us to delete or to tell you what we still have. We will handle that in good faith for records this LLC still controls.
If we already shared the request with a contractor, we cannot unsay that share. You would need to ask that contractor as well. We are not a certified “delete everywhere” service.
We do not claim CCPA, GDPR, UK GDPR, or similar certification. If a law gives you a right that applies, email us and we will deal with the request honestly rather than hide behind a badge we do not have.
Cookies and similar tech
This site does not set advertising cookies and does not load ads or analytics pixels. There is no “accept marketing cookies” banner because we are not running marketing trackers.
Your browser may remember form fields (browser autocomplete). Cloudflare, the host, may set its own technical cookies (for example bot-management). We do not use those as a consumer marketing list.
A later Stripe Payment Link on the contractor page would be Stripe’s checkout, for contractors, not a homeowner card form on this page.
Children
This form is for homeowners requesting a garage-door quote. It is not directed at children.
US-focused
The site is written for US ZIP codes. Choosing a Florida LLC and a Florida mailing workflow does not create a UK office, and it does not mean we run a GDPR-certified program.
Changes
If this page changes, we will update the date at the top. Rebuilds of the static site keep this copy in _build.py so it does not drift from the footer links.
