Joshua Israel Ventures LLC · original copy
Terms
These terms are for the matching website at getgaragedoorquote.com (and the Cloudflare Pages host garage-leads-site.pages.dev). They are not legal advice. They are original copy for this small LLC site. They do not claim that we are a licensed contractor, licensed lead broker, or insured installer.
Last updated 28 August 2026. Operator: Joshua Israel Ventures LLC, Florida DOS L26000261819. Email: joshuaofisrael@gmail.com. Mailing: 38609 Horton Drive, Farmington Hills, MI 48331 (mailing only — not a shop).
What you are using
A matching service. Homeowners submit an inbound quote request. We may share name, phone, email, ZIP, and notes with garage-door contractors who pay for qualified inbound leads. Independent contractors quote and, if you hire them, they do the work.
Joshua Israel Ventures LLC is not a garage-door contractor. We do not repair, replace, install, or service doors. We do not dispatch trucks. We do not send a crew to Scarsdale, McLean, Los Altos, or anywhere else. Coverage is only a ZIP match to a participating shop — or no match.
This site is not Viewing Ready. It is not a furniture, staging, or rental-furnishing service. We do not publish fake reviews. We do not present this company in structured data as a garage-door contractor shop.
No same-hour promise
This page does not dispatch. We do not promise same-hour, same-day, or any other arrival time. Speed is between you and the contractor, if a match exists. If we cannot match your ZIP, nobody is sent.
Homeowners are not charged here
Submitting the inbound form does not charge you. There is no consumer payment on the quote form. Do not type card numbers, bank passwords, or Zelle details into that form.
Any price for repair or a new door is between you and the contractor. This site does not set or guarantee a price. The $1,000–$6,000 band on suburb pages is a typical residential job range, not a quote from us.
Contractors pay separately
Garage-door contractors who want inbound leads pay Joshua Israel Ventures LLC separately — later, via Stripe Payment Link and/or Zelle when those are set up. That is contractor billing. It is not a homeowner checkout. Until a live Stripe link exists, the contractor pay button stays off.
Buying a lead is not a booked job, a close-rate promise, or a license we grant. We do not warrant that a contractor is licensed or insured. You should check that yourself before hiring anyone.
The form and consent
The form posts to /api/leads. A copy may also go to the LLC operator email via FormSubmit. The TCPA / share checkbox starts unchecked. You must check it if you want the request shared. We do not buy cold lists. We do not cold-call consumers.
If you submit, you are asking us to share that inbound request with paying contractors so they can contact you about it. To stop a contractor who already has the request, tell that contractor.
No match, no invented truck
Matching depends on whether a participating contractor covers your ZIP. Some ZIPs will have a match. Some will not. We will not invent a local technician.
Your responsibility
- Give a ZIP and contact details that are yours to use for this request.
- Read what the contractor actually quotes before you hire them.
- Do not treat this website as a work contract, a warranty, or an insurance policy.
Limits on our liability
This is a small matching website run by a Florida LLC. We try to pass a genuine inbound request to a paying contractor who covers the ZIP. We do not promise a match, a quote, a price, a visit, or a finished door.
To the extent Florida law allows, Joshua Israel Ventures LLC is not liable for contractor workmanship, licensing, insurance, injuries, property damage, delays, missed appointments, prices, or whether anyone contacts you. Those issues are between you and that contractor (or they do not happen, if there is no match).
These website terms are an agreement with the LLC for use of this site. They do not make Joshua Israel (the individual) a party to any contract you form with a contractor. They are also not a promise that a court will never consider personal liability. Florida LLC law has its own rules. This page is not a signed personal-liability waiver, and it does not claim to wipe out liability that Florida law says cannot be limited (for example the LLC’s own fraud, if proven).
If a part of this limitation is not allowed where a dispute is heard, that part does not apply. Everything else still does, if it can.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without using conflict-of-law rules to pick another US state’s law. US federal law (including the Telephone Consumer Protection Act, where it applies) still applies where it applies.
Choosing Florida law does not make UK or EU consumer or data-protection law disappear if that law already applies to you. It does not create a UK office, UK establishment, or UK consumer-contract scheme. This site is written for US homeowners. If you are outside the United States, this matching form may not be the right tool.
Not legal advice; changes
This page is not a lawyer’s opinion and is not a certified compliance program. If we change it, we will update the date at the top. The live copy is generated from _build.py with the rest of the site.
