If you run a real garage-door shop, you can pay Joshua Israel Ventures LLC for inbound requests homeowners submit on this site (ZIP, repair vs replace, door type, name, phone, email, notes). We do not sell cold-call lists. There are no consumer numbers on this page to scrape.
What you are buying
A homeowner filled out the form. That is the lead. You quote and, if they hire you, you do the work. This company does not dispatch, warrant your license, or collect the homeowner’s job payment.
Exclusive vs shared
Shared. The same inbound request may be sent to more than one participating contractor who covers that ZIP. You may compete. Shared leads are typically priced lower per lead — when a live Stripe price exists, it will be on the Payment Link, not invented here as “guaranteed revenue.”
Exclusive. That request is sent to one contractor. Exclusive is typically priced higher per lead. Exclusive is not a booked job, a close-rate promise, or a monthly revenue number. The homeowner still chooses whom to hire.
We will not publish fake volume stats or “you will make $X/month.” Lead flow depends on whether homeowners submit forms in ZIPs you cover. Some weeks will be quiet. Some ZIPs will have no coverage on our side either.
Inbound only
Leads are form submissions the homeowner started. We do not buy, rent, scrape, or append consumer call lists. We do not cold-call consumers and then sell you the recording. If that is the product you want, this is the wrong vendor.
Pay via Stripe
When Joshua Israel Ventures LLC creates a live Stripe Payment Link, it will be stored in js/stripe-config.js as STRIPE_PAYMENT_LINK. Until that string is a real URL, the button below stays off. Do not email card numbers to this site.

- Have the ZIPs you actually cover (not “all 50 states”).
- When the Payment Link is live, pay via Stripe and send those ZIPs in the link’s custom field or in a follow-up Joshua provides.
- Until the link is live, this page is copy and a placeholder. Nothing is for sale automatically.
